All personal information collected during the consultation or during sessions will be stored for 5 years after The Client’s last personal training session before deletion.

 

The Client has the right to see any information pertaining to them. The Client may request to have this amended or deleted, partially or entirely, at any time.

 

All digital documents will be stored on My Personal Fitness Studio’s system, with password protection. Only The Trainer, My Personal Fitness Studio, or those acting on behalf of My Personal Fitness Studio, will be granted access to this.

 

All physical documents will be stored securely such that only The Trainer, My Personal Fitness Studio or The Client will have access to them, such as in a locked room that only The Trainer, My Personal Fitness Studio or those acting on behalf of My Personal Fitness Studio can access.

 

My Personal Fitness Studio requests that The Client notify the trainer of any change to the information provided so that their records may be amended accordingly.

 

No third parties will be granted access to this information, other than is required by law, eg as part of a police investigation.
