Your Free Consultation

The first step is a free personal training consultation. This is a relaxed, friendly discussion where we focus on your goals, what you want to achieve, and how you want to train.

We’ll talk through:

  • Your fitness goals and expectations

  • Training preferences and dislikes

  • Previous exercise experience

  • Any injuries, limitations, or time commitments

This allows us to design a safe, realistic, and effective training plan that fits your lifestyle and helps you achieve the results you want.

Your consultation is completely free and can take place in person, over the phone, or online. You can also complete the free taster consultation form on our Get In Touch page to receive quick guidance on the type of training best suited to you.

Personal Training Sessions

Every session is structured to maximise results while keeping you safe and motivated.

1. Progress Check
Each session begins with a weigh-in and a review of your nutrition and lifestyle habits. If progress is on track, we continue as planned. If not, we make small, practical adjustments to keep things moving in the right direction.

2. Warm-Up
A tailored warm-up follows to increase blood flow, prepare your muscles and joints, and reduce the risk of injury.

3. The Main Workout
This is where the real work happens. Your session is focused on fat loss, muscle building, toning, strength, or overall fitness, depending on your goals. Every exercise is chosen specifically for you.

4. Cool-Down & Stretching
We finish with a cool-down and guided stretching to aid recovery, improve flexibility, and help you feel great after your workout.
