I have been working with him since July 2020 with the aim of losing weight and getting fitter. I had a specific issue with my weight due to certain medication which I take. Rather than blindly promise that he could help me lose weight he researched in great detail the specifics of my case, producing research which I hadn’t found myself. After some discussion we decided it was worth giving it a try. With his help and encouragement I have lost 42 pounds and 11 inches off my waist. My body shape has significantly changed for the better.<\/p>

James is extremely knowledgeable about diet and exercise and the relationship between the two. He provides a really individualised package of training. And he is a real encourager.<\/p>

‘I have been training with James for the last 5 months and I would highly recommend him as a personal trainer. My goal was to lose weight and tone up and James listened to my needs and provided a complete holistic approach, including dietary advice and recipies, to help achieve my goals.<\/p>

However, at the end of August I took the bull by the horns and found a new personal trainer to help me get back on track.
